335 New Jobs Added in Fairfax County
During October and November
Fairfax County, Virginia, December 11, 1998 In October and November, seven corporations expanded or relocated operations in Fairfax County adding 335 new jobs to the economy, according to the Fairfax County Economic Development Authority (FCEDA). Typically, every new job added spins off two to three jobs in the secondary economy.

These corporate expansions and relocations indicate the continuing strength of the Fairfax County economy.
