DEP Copying & Printing Center is inviting business owners and the public to an event hosted by the Postal Service, starring Every Door Direct Mail, the innovative program created by USPS with small businesses in mind.

Use Office Suite to produce documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and databases. Move easily between programs and integrate material. Includes information covered in MS Office--Parts 1 and 2, mail merge, and more. Comprehensive course. May require outside work. Course can be used to prepare for MOS exam.  Keyboarding expertise (35 wpm) required. 18 sessions @ 3 hrs each.

Lecture, case studies, and role plays present unique and effective means to positive outcomes in negotiation. Avoid tricks and traps, employ countermeasures, understand concessions, deal with deadlocks, finalize agreements, and more. Reach and exceed your expectations! Recommended book for class, "Getting to Yes," by Fisher and Ury. Taught by an attorney trained at Harvard's Negotiation Institute. 1 session @ 8 hrs.

Class covers professional, collegiate, Olympic, and fitness and sport marketing industries. 2 sessions @ 2 hrs each.
