When was CACI established? We were founded by two entrepreneurs, Herb Karr and Harry Markowitz, in 1962 under the name California Analysis Center, Inc.

What is the origin of your company name? We became CACI in 1967, to better reflect the name that had become familiar to clients and industry.

Who owns your company? CACI is a publicly owned company, listed on the New York Stock Exchange as CAI.

What is your main business focus? We provide the professional services and IT solutions needed to prevail in today's defense, intelligence, homeland security and federal civilian government arenas. We deliver enterprise IT and network services; data, information, and knowledge management services; business system solutions; logistics and material readiness; C4ISR integration services; information assurance, information operations, and cyber security services; integrated security and intelligence solutions; and program management and SETA support services.

Who are your primary customers? Our primary clients are federal agencies throughout the U.S. Government, the Intelligence Community, and the U.S. Armed Forces.

Where do you see your company in five years? We expect to enhance our Tier One service to our clients and grow to a $5 billion company.
