When was your company established?
Consult2Comply (C2C) was established in 2007 and launched in July 2008.

What is the origin of your company name?
The company’s name reflects the business sector we serve. The name we chose had to have a dual purpose: we develop our own compliance software and are a professional services company.

Who owns your company?
Consult2Comply is owned by founder and CEO Steve Crutchley.

What is the main business focus of your Fairfax County office?
From Consult2Comply’s Fairfax headquarters we direct product development and support our customer base.

Who are your primary customers?
The Consult2Comply primary customers are organizations with myriad regulations, standards and best practices. Initially, our focus was on consultancy support, however due to our content, products and specific skills in compliance, we now find ourselves supporting both consultancy firms and enterprise organizations.

What sets you apart from your competitors?
Consult2Comply differs in many ways from our competition. Our thought leadership, our international expertise, our focus on compliance being controlled from business rather than from IT and our unique ability to understand the various types of content (regulation, standards and best practices) are just some of the elements integral to the unique client service we provide. Additionally, C2C’s track record in auditing, implementing and training works in tandem with our content-rich products to support customers doing business locally and internationally.

What are the advantages of your Fairfax County location?
We view Fairfax County as a strategic location to get both commercial and federal business. Fairfax County is convenient for business travel with its proximity to the area’s major airports.

Where do you see your business in five to 10 years?
Due to the knowledge and experience we have in our field, we are quite possibly a prime target for an acquisition. However, we will continue to grow and develop in the compliance industry supporting our client base.
