When was your company established?
CVP was established in 2002.

What is the origin of your company name? 
Our name  grew out of the  belief in the value of partnerships, and  that partnerships are what help clients derive the most value from, and for, their customers.

Who owns your company? 
The company is privately owned by Anirudh and Priya Kulkarni.

What is the main business focus of your Fairfax County office? 
CVP’s Fairfax County office serves as headquarters for the firm and home base to corporate operations staff, as well as many of our consultants, program managers, and practice leads.

Who are your primary customers? 
A full-service consulting firm, CVP serves many organizations  in key markets like media, healthcare, telecommunications, financial services and public sector.

What sets you apart from your competitors? 
The CVP business model is driven by what we refer to as our “Success Rhythms” approach. The approach builds on first achieving small changes within an organization that add up to create momentum toward in a clients’ customer service program. To assist our clients with their customer strategy, program management, customer operations improvement, and technology transformation, CVP first focuses on listening to and communicating with each clients’ customers. Through regularly scheduled  management training, mystery shopping, and other quality monitoring initiatives, CVP can best assess what issues mean most to our clients’ customers to ensure that customer care programs are properly executed. CVP Ventures, our dedicated center of innovation, is focused on new enterprises, which are  targeted to specific businesses and used to fill critical gaps in our clients’ customer service programs.

What are the advantages of your Fairfax County location? 
Our office is easily accessible to employees, clients and vendors by road or air (Washington Dulles International Airport). In addition, our location gives us access to the lucrative federal government hub, great schools, and a central mid-Atlantic position.

Where do you see your business in five to 10 years? 
We’d like to continue to expand nationally in the next five to 10 years, but also to grow substantially in the D.C. region. Ultimately, we would like to reach $50M in revenue with a staff of 350 associates. We would also like to have launched a variety of new enterprises, as well as provide growth for our employees.
