What are the advantages of your Fairfax County location?
With headquarters in Fairfax County, Eloqua has really taken advantage of the software engineering expertise in the Washington DC metropolitan area. Eloqua is creating innovative software solutions for companies such as American Express and Adobe so having engineering talent right in our backyard is critical. The company built a strong team in the DC area because of the rare combination of venture capital backed companies and government-related firms/agencies coexisting in the same eco-system.

Where do you see your business in five to 10 years?
Eloqua has experienced tremendous growth - from $5 million in 2005 to $51 million at the end of 2010. As the market demand continues to increase for marketing automation and revenue performance management solutions, we see growth in Eloqua’s future. Eloqua is also expanding overseas, especially in the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region. In 2010 Eloqua opened an office in Germany (the London office was opened several years earlier) and recently Eloqua opened a third EMEA office in Brussels.
