What is the main business focus of your Fairfax County office?
MicroAutomation is a full service integrator of automated call center solutions, We specialize in implementing self-service and call control applications, in addition to comprehensive analytics and reporting solutions to enhance customer experience.

Who are your primary customers?
We serve a wide range of industries including financial, insurance, retail, healthcare, utilities and government. Some of our clients include Comcast, Hilton Worldwide, Maytag, National Government Services, Financial Management Services and Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission.

What sets you apart from your competitors?
Our solutions usually have a return on investment within six months. Our president and CEO has numerous award winning patents to his credit. We work with the customer to develop a solution design that includes the component architecture, application design, development and testing (within defined timeframes) acceptance and implementation.

How many employees do you have and how many do you anticipate hiring in the next 12 months?
We have 29 employees and plan to hire seven more.

Where do you see your business in five to 10 years?
Our five year plan includes grossing $25 million in revenue, doubling the size of our staff and continuing to work with leading edge technology. We will continue to strive to offer a broader range of call center services including hosting, staffing, cloud computing, IVR staff augmentation and a full scope of managed services.
