When was it established?
NeoSystems was established in 2000. Since then, NeoSystems has grown to more than 120 employees and formed partnerships with Deltek (2003), IBM (2010), and SAP (2011).

NeoSystems represents a new way of managing critical back office functions through a managed service approach. This method allows management teams to focus on their core competencies and business development strategies, rather than back office activities.
Who owns your company?
NeoSystems is an employee-owned company, led by Michael Tinsley, founder, president and CEO.

The Tysons Corner location serves as the headquarters of the company. NeoSystems also maintains a world class data center and conducts all of its training courses at this location.
Who are your primary customers?
NeoSystems primary customers are entrepreneurial and mid-size growing government contractors and non-profit organizations. Our clients need expertise in compliance with federal regulations, as well as cost savings through SaaS license models and cloud computing technology.

NeoSystems offers three critical components in its turn-key services – industry experts, best-in-class software and an advanced technical infrastructure. Many competitors only offer one of these functions and require additional vendors to meet all of their client’s requirements. What direction do you see your company heading in the next five years?
In the next five years, NeoSystems plans to expand further into the small and mid size commercial professional services market, offering a cloud-based enterprise management solution, SAP Business ByDesign.
