SENSA Solutions was established in 1996.

What is the origin of your company name?
SENSA means “thoughts and teachings,” in Latin. As an organizational development and training consulting firm, the very definition of our name is at the root of our core competencies. 

Who owns your company?
The company is wholly-owned subsidiary of Korn/Ferry International.

What is the main business focus of your Fairfax County office?
We provide consulting services in the areas of organizational development, training and learning, human capital and executive coaching.

Who are your primary customers?
SENSA works primarily with the federal government,  but has clients in the private and non-profit sectors as well.
