We were incorporated in 1992 under the name Applied Solutions, Inc. We became The Wexford Group International in 1997.

One of our co-founders, John Johnston, lived on Wexford Drive in Vienna, Virginia, when the company was founded.

We are an employee-owned company: 51 percent of the company is owned by our chairman and CEO, Bill Reno, and the other 49 percent is held by our Employee Stock Ownership Trust.
