Entrepreneurship 201: Beyond the Basics

The Fairfax County Economic Development Authority presents Entrepreneurship 201:  Beyond the Basics, the second installment in the Entrepreneurship workshop series. This workshop is geared toward companies that have been in business for at least five years and have had increasing revenue over the past three years.

Presenters, including

  • Atul Jain, CEO, TEOCO
  • Mary Kay Claus, president and CEO of Blue Shamrock Communications
  • Ron Paulson, SCORE
  • Catherine Riley, vice president of Marketing, FCEDA
  • Robert Rogers, president, Chesapeake Government Health Services and
  • Tina Wade, Virginia Department of Business Assistance

will offer techniques and strategies across a wide range of sectors for growing and expanding your business--from marketing and business development to finance and human resources. Experts will provide valuable insight into how to take your company to the next level.

The workshop will run 8:00 am – noon at the FCEDA headquarters in Tysons Corner. There is no cost to attend, but you must pre-register. Seating is limited to the targeted audience.
