FCEDA real estate staff are licensed users of CoStar, an online proprietary database of office and industrial/hybrid real estate space. Under the terms of the licensing agreement, access to the system is permissible only to users licensed directly by CoStar. If you're interested in learning more about CoStar, you may want to contact CoStar Realty Group at www.costar.com, or call its Bethesda office directly at 301-215-8300.
