Consideration of adopting a final bond resolution on behalf of The Langley School, located at 1411 Balls Hill Road, McLean, Virginia 22101 in the amount of $5,000,000 to assist the school in financing or refinancing all or part of outstanding financing and in addition acquisition, construction, equipping of a new middle school on the campus of the school located in Fairfax County including the cost of financing and costs of issuance.

Consideration of adopting a final bond resolution on behalf of the American College of Radiology (“College”) in the amount not to exceed $18,000,000, to assist the College to finance renovations, equipment for its Preston White Drive Reston, Fairfax County, Virginia 20191 and the purchase of an adjacent building located at 1892 Preston White Drive Reston “Virginia 20191.
