The FCEDA has numerous resources available to assist those looking for information on Fairfax County. Publications range from an annual overview of the Authority’s work to a guide to doing business in the county. All the publications are free and most are available for download through the links below. Several of the publications are available for free by subscription.

Business Relocations and Expansions - A listing of companies that are locating to or expanding in Fairfax County. Current year updated on a quarterly basis.

Fairfax Leader - A quarterly newsletter containing recent announcements, county statistics, profiles on local firms and FCEDA programs and services. Subscribe to the Leader.

Overview Brochure - (PDF) Describes aspects that make Fairfax County a prime location for businesses, including proximity to Washington, D.C., fiscal standing, business environment, Washington Dulles International Airport, labor force, educational system and quality of life.

Real Estate Report - Published twice a year. Provides data on construction activity, leasing activity and rates, and vacancy rates for the county’s commercial real estate market and its major submarkets.
