Fred Glave offers extensive executive background to entrepreneurs
Fairfax County, Virginia USA, Monday, January 30, 2012 -
The Fairfax County Economic Development Authority (FCEDA) and SCORE, a nonprofit association dedicated to educating entrepreneurs, announce that telecommunications executive Fred Glave will offer business counseling sessions to business owners and entrepreneurs at FCEDA headquarters.
SCORE, a resource partner with the U.S. Small Business Administration, has more than 13,000 volunteers assisting small businesses through confidential counseling services and the tools needed to grow and succeed.
Glave has specialized in telecommunications management including research and development, engineering, marketing and general operations. He has extensive experience in corporate acquisitions and partnerships. He joins Ron Paulson as a SCORE counselor at the FCEDA,

Glave has served as a SCORE counselor since 2004 and has more than 40 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. He served as president of Inovia Telecoms Inc., executive vice president and chief operating officer of ECI Telecom and vice president and general manager of Pulse Communications, Inc. He serves on the Board of Directors of INCspire, an incubator program of the Greater Reston Chamber of Commerce in Reston, Va.
A SCORE counselor is available for business start-ups, existing business owners and FCEDA clients, by appointment only, every Wednesday and Thursday at FCEDA headquarters, 8300 Boone Boulevard, Suite 450, Tysons Corner.
