Retail Market
Fairfax County is also home to 33.9 million square feet of major retail developments*, ranging from super regional malls to convenience centers to freestanding stores and restaurants. The largest retail markets are Baileys Crossroads/Seven Corners, Fairfax Center/Oakton, Richmond Highway, Springfield and Tysons Corner, each offering a diverse array of shopping and dining.
