Vienna Office BuildingThis residential community located near Tysons Corner boasts a small-town atmosphere and its own central business district along Maple Avenue (Rte. 123). The Capital Beltway (I-495) and Interstate 66 are nearby and other major arterials include Beulah Road, Cedar Lane, Lawyers Road, Lee Highway (U.S. 29) and Nutley Street (Rte. 243). Vienna is also the western terminus of the Metrorail Orange Line.

Vienna has a little more than 2.5 million square feet of commercial office space, mostly in low-rise structures. The Vienna Technology Park, home to the headquarters of Navy Federal Credit Union, is the primary office park in Vienna. Industrial/Vienna Office Buildinghybrid space totals about 452,000 square feet and retail space totals more than 923,000 square feet.

In addition to its residential and commercial base, several notable cultural and recreational opportunities are located here, including, Meadowlark Gardens, Nottoway Park, the Washington & Old Dominion Trail and Wolf Trap National Park for the Performing Arts. In 2005, Vienna was named one of the best places to live in the U.S. by Money Magazine.
