4th Annual Overseas Small Business Government Contracting Conference

The conference is the premier event for small businesses who aspire to grow internationally and those small businesses who are actively engaged in international trade. This conference offers the opportunity to network with small and large businesses with international experience, explore overseas subcontracting opportunities, meet with Contracting Officers who spend billions of dollars to procure a wide range of services and products. Last but not least, find out about Department of the State’s upcoming contracting opportunities.

This event is made possible through the work of the U.S. Department of State Office of Small and the Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU) in conjunction with the Small Business Association for International Companies (SBAIC) and the George Mason University Procurement Technical Assistance Program (PTAP).
