Brown and Brown Distinguished Speaker Series Featuring Molly Catalano

Molly Catalano is a communications specialist with over 16 years of experience in the restaurant industry. She has since spent the past 15 years leading the marketing and communications efforts for Five Guys including branding, internal and external communications, marketing, customer service and social media.

During Molly’s time with Five Guys, the company has grown from 30 restaurants on the East Coast of the United States to over 1,600 locations in 19 countries. Molly earned her Bachelor’s Degree from James Madison University with a Public Relations focus, and then earned her MBA from George Mason University School of Business. She lives in Northern Virginia with her husband Chris (also a Mason alumnus!) and three daughters.
