Fairfax County, Virginia -- Gov. Ralph Northam was on hand Wednesday in Tysons Corner as management and IT services consulting firm Favor TechConsulting LLC (FTC) celebrated its move to larger headquarters.

“I feel like we’re just getting started,” said FTC founder and CEO Vaseal Montgomery before cutting a ribbon to christen the new offices. She served 30 years in the U.S. Army before retiring as a colonel and starting her company in 2007.

Jones was today named CEO of Inova Health Services, succeeding longtime CEO Knox Singleton.

Former Fairfax County supervisor Dana Kauffman is newest member of FCEDA Commission

Fairfax County, Virginia -- Dana Kauffman, a former Fairfax County supervisor and a longtime official at Northern Virginia Community College (NOVA), has been appointed to the Fairfax County Economic Development Authority (FCEDA) Commission. He replaces Esther Lee, who joined the administration of new Gov. Ralph Northam as secretary of commerce and trade.

The Commission is a seven-member body that oversees the work of the FCEDA. The Fairfax County Board of Supervisors appoints commissioners.
