This is the fifth time that Value Base has been selected under a competitive bid process.

Since 2004 the FCEDA has maintained an office in Tel Aviv that serves as a go-to resource for companies interested in expanding into the U.S. market. About 35 Israel-based companies have a presence in Fairfax County, including IAI North America, Elbit Systems of America, Amdocs, Armis Security, VIDISCO USA, Cellebrite, Priority Software, Green Vision Systems, Forescout and VERINT.

“Value Base is very pleased to be selected to continue its representation of the Fairfax County Development Authority’s business operations in Israel,” said Yair Ephrati, CEO of Value Base M&A. “Fairfax County, which is the U.S. nexus of cybersecurity and national defense assets, is an optimal location in the United States for Israeli companies to expand their operations.”
