“Building and maintaining a strong company culture is crucial to keeping employees engaged, especially as employers bring workers back to the office,” Iams said. “This session will shine a light on ways that businesses of all types and sizes can build a culture that helps them retain and attract talent, especially in difficult times.”

The NOVA EDA Catalyst for Change series has explored how business leaders use moments of disruption to change the course of their companies to accelerate growth, expand services, meet new needs, and redesign the way toward a brighter future.

Webinar Description:

Adaptability, resiliency, transparency. These three traits of company culture have been key to success over the past two years, and into the future. As we have passed through the pandemic, the role of company culture became vital to the success of companies across many industries. The ability of companies to adapt systems, adopt new online interactions, empower employees and empathize with their concerns has determined whether workers stay or go.

Recalibrating company culture after the pandemic will be a competitive differentiator for companies as workers express their new needs, and the shifting of generations in the workforce takes hold.

Topics to be discussed:

  • What are the hallmarks of a successful company culture?
  • What changes need to be made to retain and attract top quality workers?
  • How can management best manage in the new reality of distributed workforces?
  • What is the impact of culture on the survival and profitability of companies?
  • Which elements of legacy cultures should be eliminated or adapted?
  • How does diversity, equity and inclusion figure into a new culture?
  • Is there a new relationship between workers and management?

Who Should Attend: CEOs, executives, business owners, organizational development experts, human resources professionals, change leaders, managers and innovators.
