The Fairfax County Economic Development Authority and Work in Northern Virginia are presenting a free and virtual Health & Care Job Fair on Wednesday, Dec. 8, 2021, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Recruiters from more than 30 employers including Inova Health System, Sunrise Senior Living, Home Instead, ServiceSource and the Fairfax County government will be available to interview candidates for hundreds of open jobs in health and care for older adults and persons with disabilities.

Participating health and care companies at the event will be hiring talent at all experience levels. Many organizations also provide certification programs for career progression within the health and care field.

This event is being presented with the Fairfax Area Long Term Care Coordinating Council, Virginia Employment Commission, Britepaths, Positive Aging, Virginia Career Works, Central Fairfax Chamber of Commerce, and Fairfax County Department of Family Services.

“The FCEDA’s talent initiative program is pleased to partner with organizations across the Commonwealth to fill critical roles in support of our senior and other vulnerable residents of Fairfax County,” said Mike Batt, director of the FCEDA Talent Initiative.
